My approach to fitness is starting from the ground up. Establish a strong base, proper form, and build stamina, strength, and stability. The better the form and understanding of what you’re doing, the easier it becomes to target specific muscles and see the results you want to see. Fitness shouldn’t have to take over your life, my training is bodyweight with some equipment that I can bring to your home during our sessions!
